ProIndustrialHub welcomes professionals, industry specialists, knowledgeable writers, and businesses with useful ideas to share.
If you would like to contribute, your article should offer something worthwhile to the reader — practical knowledge, informed analysis, technical explanation, professional experience or genuinely useful guidance.
Please review the publishing standards below before submitting your article.
ProIndustrialHub covers a broad range of professional, industrial and consumer subjects.
Our core areas include:
Tools & Equipment
Industrial Accessories
Safety & Compliance
Construction
Manufacturing & Production
Technology
Finance
Home Upgrades
Other subjects may be accepted when they are relevant to an existing ProIndustrialHub category or provide clear informational value to our audience.
Not sure whether your idea is good? Choose the category that most closely matches your subject when submitting your article.
Your submission must be your own original work.
We do not accept articles copied from other websites, lightly rewritten versions of existing articles, plagiarised material or content produced by spinning another publisher's work.
Before submitting, make sure:
The article is original.
You have permission to use any third-party material.
Quotations are properly attributed.
Statistics and important claims can be verified.
Images are yours or properly licensed for use.
We may check submissions for originality.
Articles that fail originality checks can be rejected without publication. Repeated plagiarism or copyright violations may result in contributor access being restricted.
Most ProIndustrialHub articles should contain approximately 900–1,500 words.
This is a guideline, not a reason to add unnecessary text.
A straightforward subject may be covered effectively in fewer words, while a detailed technical guide may require additional explanation.
We welcome well-optimised articles, but SEO should improve content rather than control it.
Choose a clear subject and use terminology that readers would naturally expect to find.
You may:
Use a primary keyword naturally
Include closely related terms
Use descriptive headings
Answer related reader questions
Write an accurate title and meta description
Cover the subject comprehensively
You should not:
Repeat the same keyword unnaturally
Force keywords into every heading
Add unrelated search terms
Write filler paragraphs for SEO
Hide keywords or links
Use misleading titles
Sacrifice readability for keyword placement
There is no required keyword-density percentage.
A link should exist because it helps the reader.
For a normal contributor article, keep contextual external links limited to approximately 2–3 useful links, excluding an approved author bio link.
Acceptable links may provide:
Supporting evidence
Technical documentation
Further explanation
Relevant professional resources
Additional information directly related to the discussion
Links should appear naturally within relevant sentences.
We may remove or modify links that are excessive, irrelevant, misleading or overly commercial.
ProIndustrialHub also reserves the right to apply appropriate link attributes where required by editorial or search-engine policies.
Do not build an article around an exact-match backlink.
Instead, write anchor text that makes sense to someone reading the sentence.
Avoid:
Repeated commercial anchors
Unrelated keyword anchors
Awkward phrases inserted only for a backlink
Misleading anchors
Multiple links pointing to substantially the same commercial destination
The destination page should have a genuine relationship with the paragraph containing the link.
AI tools can assist contributors with research organisation, brainstorming, outlines, editing and drafting.
AI assistance does not remove the contributor's responsibility for the final submission.
Before submitting AI-assisted content, a human should:
Read the complete article
Verify factual claims
Check technical information
Remove repetitive or generic passages
Improve unnatural wording
Check sources
Confirm originality
Add meaningful expertise, examples, or context
We do not want large volumes of generic content produced simply because it is easy to generate.
Low-value, repetitive, inaccurate, or obviously mass-produced AI content may be rejected.
Every submission should include a suitable featured image.
Your featured image should:
Relate directly to the article
Be clear and professional
Preferably use landscape orientation
Be at least 1200px on its longest side
Use JPG, PNG or WebP format
Be legally available for publication
If you did not create the image yourself, provide a source or credit when the licence requires one.
Do not take images from Google Images, another publisher, a manufacturer's website or another source unless you have the necessary permission or licence to republish them.
Charts, diagrams and technical illustrations are welcome when they genuinely help explain the subject.
A submission may be declined if it contains:
Plagiarised or copied material
Spun content
Deliberately misleading claims
Keyword stuffing
Link spam
Thin content created mainly for backlinks
Excessive advertising
Fake statistics or sources
Copyright violations
Poor-quality mass-generated AI content
Irrelevant content
Unlawful or defamatory material
Content that creates an unacceptable safety or legal concern
Material that otherwise conflicts with our publishing standards
Meeting the basic formatting requirements does not automatically guarantee publication.
Contributors may add a brief professional biography at the end of their submission.
A suitable author bio should be approximately 40–60 words and written in the third person.
You may briefly mention:
Professional experience
Area of expertise
Industry background
Current professional interests
One relevant website, company, or professional-profile link may be included.
Keep the bio informative rather than promotional.
Every submitted article goes through editorial review.
To maintain consistency and publishing quality, ProIndustrialHub retains editorial control over submitted and published material.
Our editors may:
Correct spelling and grammar
Improve clarity and readability
Reformat paragraphs and headings
Adjust the article title
Edit meta titles and descriptions
Change categories or tags
Remove unnecessary repetition
Correct obvious factual or formatting issues
Add relevant internal links
Remove inappropriate external links
Modify anchor text
Apply appropriate link attributes
Reduce excessive promotional wording
Request additional information or revisions
Select an appropriate publication date
We may reject an article if it does not meet our editorial requirements.
Submitting an article does not guarantee publication.
